1. What services do you provide?
We specialize in professional pet waste removal for residential yards and properties. Whether it’s weekly service or a one-time cleanup, we’ve got your yard covered.
2. How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your yard, number of dogs, and frequency of visits. We offer affordable weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time service options. You can find our transparent, flexible, and affordable price plans in our Plans page.
3. Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform the service without you being home. We’ll always make sure the gate is closed securely when we leave.
4. What areas do you service in Texas?
We currently serve areas that may include (but are not limited to): San Antonio, Helotes, Alamo Heights, Balcones Heights, Castroville, Bandera, Lytle, Bulverde, and Elmendorf. Don’t see your area? Contact us to see if we can genie your yard too!
5. What happens to the waste once it’s picked up?
We responsibly dispose of all pet waste off site, keeping your home and community clean and sanitary.
6. Do you clean anything besides dog poop?
We focus on pet waste cleanup only—no lawn mowing, trash pickup, or litter box cleaning at this time.
7. Is it safe for my pets and kids?
Absolutely! We use tools and processes that are safe and sanitary. Our goal is a cleaner, healthier yard for your entire family.
8. What if I have a locked gate or a dog in the yard?
Please let us know in advance. We recommend leaving the gate unlocked on service day or providing us with a code or key. If your pup is protective, we ask that you secure them inside during our visit.
9. What if it rains or the weather is bad?
We work in most weather conditions, but if it’s unsafe (severe storms, flooding, etc.), we’ll notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.
10. How do I sign up or cancel service?
Signing up is easy! Just fill out our contact form or give us a call. To cancel, contact us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled visit—no hassle, no contracts.
11. Do you offer gift cards or services for special events?
Yes! We will gladly assist you with gifting someone the peace of mind that comes with a poop-free yard! We also offer one-time cleanups for parties, open houses, or special occasions.
