Texas Poop Genies offers pet waste removal and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients in San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding areas. Services may include (but are not limited to): San Antonio, Helotes, Alamo Heights, Balcones Heights, Castroville, Bandera, Lytle, Bulverde, and Elmendorf.

All services will be performed by trained personnel to the best of our ability based on the condition and accessibility of your property.

Clients are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to their property. Locked gates, aggressive animals, construction work, or other hazards may prevent or delay service. In these cases:

We will attempt to notify you.

A rescheduling or trip fee may apply.

Continued access issues may lead to service cancellation.

Severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, flooding, extreme heat) may result in service delays or rescheduling. You will be contacted via phone, text, or email in the event of a delay. Services will resume when it is safe and feasible.

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash or approved digital payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle).

Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to late fees or service suspension.

You may cancel or reschedule your service with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds are only issued in the event of a billing error or service not rendered.

We only remove standard dog/cat feces present in the yard.

We do not handle human waste, wild animal waste, or waste suspected to contain harmful pathogens.

Clients must notify us of any health concerns (e.g., parasites, illnesses) that may be present in the yard.

Excessive waste buildup may incur additional charges or require an upgraded plan.

Clients agree to:

Secure pets inside during scheduled visits, unless otherwise arranged.

Notify Texas Poop Genies of changes to access, pets, or yard hazards.

Texas Poop Genies is not liable for:

Pet injuries or escapes due to unsecured gates or owner oversight.

Medical issues resulting from pet waste left between scheduled cleanings.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, address, phone number, email) is used solely for service coordination and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client due to:

Unsafe working conditions

Inappropriate behavior or harassment

Non-payment

Repeated cancellations or access issues

Texas Poop Genies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
